United StatesI was certified in T’ai Chi Chih in April of 2008 after ten years of studying T’ai Chi Ch’uan. About 2011, I was certified in Seijaku after a teacher conference. I practice Seijaku early every morning followed by a 20-minute Transcendental Meditation session. I am not presently teaching, enjoying an active retirement.
