Pam Towne specializes in working with people who have been practicing T’ai Chi Chih and desire to deepen their experience and understanding of this powerful form. A teacher at heart, Pam has taught TCC and Seijaku for over 35 years in many settings. Her favorite is leading online and in person Retreats. These offer an opportunity to retreat from everyday activities to immerse yourself in TCC practice, cultivate the Chi, connect with your Inner Self and new like-minded friends.
