Eileen Sabatelli is on a quest to discover practices that enhance her physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. She maintains a daily cardio/strength routine, practices yoga as a morning stretch and has incorporated meditation into her nightly routine. However, she felt that something was missing. That is when she attended Kathleen McAllister‘s T’ai Chi Chih class. She was instantly intrigued. The practice, with its movements and pose, offered a feeling of tranquility! She knew she had to teach T’ai Chi Chih to help others find this sense of harmony and serenity, too.
Eileen became an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher June of 2019. She has taught all levels of student learners.
