Since before Covid, I had to take a back seat with teaching T’ai Chi Chih for various personal reasons.
I am teaching privately and in very small groups, now, in my home. I really want to help students to learn to embody themselves,
not just the 19 movements and one standing pose My aim is to help people to embody themselves. This focus really helps people go deeply
into their journey of healing and allows for a grounding that is much needed in these challenging times. Yes, we will explore the
ABC’s of T’ai Chi Chih, how to activate, balance and circulate CHI (Justin said Chi can recreate the universe!). At the same time,
we won’t be so attached to the form because we will embody it. And we will transform ourselves ( a good place to start to change
the universe). Please come explore with me. (I was certified in Ringwood, NJ with Trainer, Ed Altman in 2002. My teacher is Carolyn Hales Perkins, who now lives in Cyprus).
