Laurin was accredited to teach in March 2018 and has been actively teaching since then.  She teaches up to 40 students a week with a mixture of classes, from beginners to experienced students and has worked within the local community working with those with disabilities, recovering from stroke or other brain injuries and adults with lifetime disabilities such as cerebral palsy.  She also has experience working with those recovering from mental health challenges and with immigrant communities.

Classes are delivered face-to-face (when feasible) or virtually in Zoom and generally in small friendly groups but she can also work one-to-one.

She also supports development of new teachers of T’ai Chi Chi, working closely with other teachers to help develop and coach those moving towards accreditation.

Laurin is based in UK but works with clients throughout Europe

Laurin states “T’ai Chi Chih has helped me find my centre; a stillness and peace within that grounds me and at the same time energises me.  Having done yoga most of my life, I felt that coming to T’ai Chi Chih was the next stage of the journey to my spiritual home.  I love to share our beautiful healing art with others.   My intention is to reach as many people who can benefit within our communities as I can by  direct teaching and supporting new teachers training.”

For experienced T’ai Chi Chih students and teachers I run regular guided practices on Monday and Friday mornings at 9.30 (London time).
