What: Explore the ever-expanding inner awareness of T’ai Chi Chih practice through practice, guided meditation, and discussion.

When (Eastern Standard Time): Friday 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday 10:30 to 5 p.m. with a mid-day break; Sunday 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Note: If you would like to participate but cannot attend all four sessions, you will have access to a Zoom recording.)
How: This online event takes place via Zoom. Your own Zoom account is not required. You will receive an easy-to-use Zoom link by email for connecting to the meeting. Participants may connect their devices to a flat-screen TV using a simple cord to enhance their Zoom experience. This is highly recommended.
