I took my first T’ai Chi Chih class in 2009, soon after retiring from a career in public education in Asheville, NC. I thought the class was going to be a T’ai Chi class. Needless to say it wasn’t but I decided I liked the 19 slow movements, not too difficult to learn, and continued to take several more classes
