I became a T’ai Chi Chih instructor to help people. I went through a major loss in my life and my grief counselor taught me T’ai Chi Chih to help me cope with my grief.
I have been teaching a drop in class at the Golden Community Center twice a week for more than two years. (With Covid-19 I have not been teaching but hopefully will soon.) I will also teach one on one or a small class outside.
My students have said that T’ai Chi Chih has helped them with many health issues. During these uncertain times this practice also helps aleviate stress.
