T’ai Chi Chih literally changed my life! It was the catalyst of my healing journey 20 years ago and yet it still feels like yesterday. Due to the daily practice of T’ai Chi Chih, my physical health improved drastically along with my emotional state of mind. To say that I am not the same person is a vast understatement. It sparked my passion to focus on my personal healing and to share this tremendous gift to others.
The person I used to be was loving, but a bit uptight … about pretty much everything, LOL. I describe my Old Self as a stubborn, controlling, ‘A Type’ personality. The person I am now couldn’t be further away from that description. T’ai Chi Chih led me to inner healing and sparked a passion within me that I did not know existed. Although it’s been awhile since I’ve taught T’ai Chi Chih, I oftentimes follow this lovely flowing form and experience its peaceful healing radiating through me.
