Welcome. I love T’ai Chi Chih. My TCC roots began in 1983 with my beloved friend and teacher Corinn Codye at UCSB and teacher certification with Justin Stone in 1984. We wrote his teacher manual, started the Vital Force newsletter (imagine, pre-computer cut and paste) and published many of Justin’s books as Satori Resources, then passed publishing on to Jean Katus and Good Karma.

The highlight of my TCC life was supporting Justin for a decade of teacher accreditations with both Corinn and Steve Ridley leading.

We all learned Seijaku together with Justin in 1986.

I retired from 30 years of running a preschool and decided to refresh my TCC practice at a teacher certification in Minneapolis and on a fantastic retreat in Santa Barbara with Pam Towne.

I currently live in Tahoe, California and Surprise, Arizona.

I will continue teaching children to focus attention though TCC, and I am looking forward to workshops with pickleball players and active seniors in Arizona.
