Eliza Fulton is a Certified T’ai Chi Chih Instructor since 2016.  She was first introduced to T’ai Chi Chih in 1998.  She is also a 500 hour certified yoga teacher.  Eliza loves the opportunity to share her expertise with others and especially likes to offer classes where a group can learn and practice together.  She has taught in Nursing Homes, Community Centers, Yoga Studios, Churches and has offered classes in the Park!  Please contact her to learn of upcoming opportunities.
