• Discovered T’ai Chi Chih through Community Ed in 1996 when in a high stress corporate IT job.
• Moved to the UK in 2006 and began preparing for teacher accreditation.
• Accredited by Sandy McAlister January 2007.
• Taught T’ai Chi Chih in the UK (south of Chichester on the Manhood Peninsula)  2007 – 2013 in community ed, a retirement community, and mostly in my back garden; hosted workshops led by Sandy McAlister and Sr Antonia; mentored successor Tracy Gibbons.
• Seijaku accredited by Pam Towne July 2011.
• Returned to MN 2013.
• Teach in Roseville and St Paul, working with a wonderful group of teachers and students in the Twin Cities community.
