One step at a time…one movement at a time…one class at a time. I found that my lifetime journey was only just beginning when I began to learn T’ai Chi Chih. Once T’ai Chi Chih touched my heart, awakened my inner spirit and light, and when the vital force/chi/prana in my body responded to this lovely gentle practice…it was meant to be that I became a teacher of T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku. So I embarked on another journey of the heart, of good health and fulfillment, creativity and opening to all the abundance that is life.
I love my T’ai Chi Chih practice because it is easy to do but deep in so many ways…to bring you to a special place of presence and mindfulness. The power of the moment and intention. Gifts become more accessible to you when you are in touch with your inner light and spirit.
It is packable. What do I mean by that? I can take it with me ANYWHERE and do it ANYTIME. It is my best friend and I have carried it with me around the world in my personal travels. It can energize me and soothe my spirit, help me cope with life – however my life is for me at the moment. It takes some time and practice, practice, practice.
I teach at community leagues, hospital settings, outside, individual and small and large groups.
