Ivonne Begue de Benzo discovered T’ai Chi with the book “Chi Running,” which promised injury-free running based on T’ai Chi principles. The book helped Ivonne heal from plantar fasciitis and improve her running, and inspired her to take T’ai Chi classes, where she learned how to live a more centered, balanced life.
Ivonne began teaching in 2013, and enjoys the connection with her students, as well as returning to her roots in movement as a Physical Education teacher.
