T’ai Chi Chih has been part of my life since 2005, when a friend in Oregon told me about her experience with this wonderful practice. After learning that there were no accredited teachers near my (then) home in Maine, I ordered Justin Stone’s video and photo textbook and began practicing T’ai Chi Chih on my own. And after eleven months, I began traveling to study with teachers at workshops and retreats around the country. The more I became involved with T’ai Chi Chih, the more I wanted to become part of the growing worldwide community of teachers, to share T’ai Chi Chih with others.
Over the years since my accreditation, I have offered classes and workshops in Maine (Deer Isle, Blue Hill, Penobscot, Portland), with friends on the island of Hydra in Greece, and most recently in my community of Sarasota, Florida.
My focus currently is on teaching privately, by appointment. (Although I haven’t taught via Skype or Zoom, I’m open to that possibility.)
