T’ai Chi Chih was crucial in my healing from a deep family loss. After several years of practice, I was inspired to share this powerful experience as a teacher. I studied with Donna Moore and received accreditation from our guiding teacher Ed Altman in 1999.

I have since taught classes in my home, at healing arts centers, the Seattle Parks and Recreation centers, The Lesbian Resource Center, and 10 years at Swedish Hospital’s bereavement/hospice program.

I currently teach 2 continuing practice groups of seniors online. The last 2-1/2 years I’ve been teaching a group of seated students at my retirement home.,

I mainly teach seniors. Private classes can also be arranged.

TCC is a true calling for me. It nourishes me spiritually, as well as emotionally and physically.
