T’ai Chi Chih led me on the path to the life I always imagined. I was introduced to TCC in 2001 when Carmen Brocklehurst led a morning ‘exercise’ at a conference I attended. I immediately loved the movements and the way she taught so I bought her DVD. As I practiced with the DVD I noticed changes for a healthier body, less stress, more sensitivity to the energy flow.

Because I saw how TCC benefited me on all levels, I wanted to become a teacher to share this healing practice. I looked for a teacher and found Roseann Heinrich who lives about 90 minutes from me. She became my primary teacher and took me through to becoming a certified TCC teacher in 2007.

Since then I have taught in nearly every venue and with all age groups. I am most proud of the community my TCC students formed, giving support to one another inside and outside of class. T’ai Chi Chih and my practice as a Reiki Master Teacher are very complimentary.

I teach primarily at St. Joe’s at the Mall in Eastwood Mall in Niles, Ohio. I am open to teaching classes in the Warren, Youngstown, Ohio area.
