I am an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher with over 15 years’ experience teaching.  I practice T’ai Chi Chih because of the feeling of well-being that I get.  I was first introduced to T’ai Chi Chih in 2006 when she took her first class with her Teacher, Carmen Brocklehurst. I became an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher in 2009 and accredited in Seijaku (advanced form of T’ai Chi Chih) in 2016. I have taught TCC for several years at the Presbyterian Health plex and the Presbyterian Behavioral health. She served on the Board of Directors for the T’ai Chi Chih Association for 12 years.
T’ai Chi Chih was a healing practice for me during my cancer treatments. It helped me to stay positive and it helped with energy levels after chemotherapy. I would do a full practice each time I had an infusion treatment and I am happy to be here today to share this practice with you.
