Once you’ve experienced T’ai Chi Chih (pronounced tie-chee-chuh) you become part of a community — yours to keep forever. How deeply your experience is entirely up to you. The 19 gentle movements circulate, balance, and distribute the chi energy which develops through practice.
Benefits vary with each individual BUT FOR ME, after a 30 minute experience, I feel relaxed as well as energized and my blood pressure is noticeably reduced. Over time this moving meditation can be an aid to greater health and longevity.
