I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Coach, a Dr Sears Wellness Institute-Certified Health Coach, have Certification in Brainspotting, and have been an Accredited Ta’i Chi Chih Instructor since 1995.  I trained with Steve Ridley and Susan Patterson here in San Diego, CA.  I come from a 29 year career in Occupational Therapy, followed by a 20+ year Private practice as Techniques Certified CranioSacral Therapist in CranioSacral Therapy and Osteopathic Bodywork.

I have mostly done TCC for my own benefit, but am now offering it over Zoom, and have an option for a caregiver to attend with a loved one.  Using my OT skills will enable me to adapt it for them if necessary.
