My mission as an Accredited T’ai Chi Chih Teacher is to help others find the peace, serenity, joy and healing power that lies within the center of our being and to promote overall healthy aging.

To those in need, I will share a way to ease some suffering.

I have been practicing T’ai Chi Chih since 2010 and received my teacher accreditation in November of 2021.
