I attended my first T’ai Chi Chih class in 2004. The class was described as a “moving meditation” which sounded like a perfect fit for me.
Ten years later I became an accredited teacher of T’ai Chi Chih and in 2017 became accredited in the advanced form, Seijaku.
Tai Chi Chih has become much more than an exercise or even a moving meditation for me. It’s become a way of life that promotes inner peace, balance, and harmony. It also cultivates a calm wellbeing and focused mind that extends into every aspect of my life.
As a teacher, my goal is to share the joy and the transformative benefits of this practice.
