Thanks for visiting! My T’ai Chi Chih journey brought me to TCC accreditation in 1998, and have since taught in the Minneapolis area and in Sandstone, Minnesota.

TCC has changed my life. I started learning the practice to help heal a physical injury which resolved within two weeks of attending my first class.

I continue to practice for the spiritual and mental and emotional healing. And I will ever be grateful for meeting and learning from Justin Stone.

I try to support the local Minnesota teachers, our guide and teacher trainers and our international teachers. And I think that the world needs more practitioners of T’ai Chi Chih. Please contact me if you are ready to join us.
