• • I am an active teacher in both T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku
  • I continue to learn and deepen my understanding of T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku through my own daily practice and monthly Zoom classes.

What Do I Teach?

I offer a variety of T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku classes, depending on interest and availability.

    • Mondays and Thursdays
    • T’ai Chi Chih – 11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
    • These are drop-in classes and free to RAC members

• • T’ai Chi Chih practice helps you balance, and when you are in a balanced state you feel a great sense of well-being and calm.
  • The members of the T’ai Chi Chih community are warm, friendly, and welcoming.
  • There is always more to learn and experience in T’ai Chi Chih.

What Do I Like Best About Seijaku?

• • Seijaku uses the same movements as T’ai Chi Chih. There are no new movements to learn, only a different way of doing them.
  • Seijaku builds upon T’ai Chi Chih while accelerating its benefits.
  • After practicing Seijaku, the contrast between hard and soft can reveal a softness in T’ai Chi Chih that may not have been felt before.

How Can You Best Prepare for a T’ai Chi Chih or Seijaku Class?

• • Come to class with an empty cup. Be ready to learn
