As an advocate for healthy living I have enjoyed teaching T’ai Chi Chih for more than 19 years. Before teaching I had my own health challenges with chronic neck and shoulder pain. After consistent practice those pains just went away! Because the practice helped me I wanted to share with others the truly remarkable benefits of T’ai Chi Chih.
In addition to teaching T’ai Chi Chih I give presentations on fall prevention, and I wrote “A Senior’s Guide to Fall Prevention and Healthy Living.” One of the very best ways to prevent falls is to practice TCC! I have seen so many people, especially older, regain balance, strength and coordination.
My teaching experience has been with assisted living and independent living, memory care, cancer centers, Muhammad Ali Parkinson’s Center, health clubs, private classes, communities 55 years and over and corporate.
