Linda Carvalho has been practicing T’ai Chi Chih for more than 15 years. She has found it to be an amazing boon in her life, helping her remove negative habit energies and allowing her to feel much more peaceful, calm, and centered.

In November 2019, Linda became an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher to share this wonderful practice with others.

She is the only teacher in Portugal.
