I am a Presentation Sister living in Newfoundland, Canada. I first found T’ai Chi Chih, or rather, T’ai Chi Chih found ME,  in 1992 after I had become seriously ill.  T’ai Chi Chih had proven itself to be a wonderful healing gift in my life as part of an incredible healing journey I was embarking on.

In 2003, having retired after many years as a teacher/school administrator, I went on to pursue my dream of sharing T’ai Chi Chih with others. Yes, dreams do manifest when the energy flows freely. Indeed, when the action flows from the vision, it flows on its own energy! I have been teaching T’ai Chi Chih since January 2004 and I smile deeply as I describe myself as more “re-wired” than “retired”!

My T’ai Chi Chih teaching experiences also opened me to the world of Qigong and I am now teaching both T’ai Chi Chih and Wisdom Healing Qigong in my home province. I continue, along with my students, to delight in and be energized by both. I am quick to share with others given any opportunity that comes along what has been an exhilarating journey! Or I often may create the opportunities! For me, it is always both a pleasure and a privilege to share this amazing gift with all the possibilities for greater health, happiness and wholeness that working with Energy  opens up. I often say, too, that sometimes to keep something, you simply need to give it away. I am clearly passionate about both practices  and indeed passionate about anything that enhances the joy of living! That JOY is so integral and at the heart of both!

I continue to learn to live more fully each new day as it unfolds, with a new kind and new depth of energy amidst life’s challenges as well as its delights, increasingly more serene, more focused, more open, more free, and very much alive and well and so very grateful … and continually awed and amazed!  I am also learning ever more deeply how having a faithful, daily, dedicated practice is truly KEY!
