The knowledge of T’ai Chi Chih can take you to exotic places. I became a teacher because I wanted to bring my travel companions to Guatemala and share the experience and joy of practicing TCC on a helicopter pad, looking across Lake Atitlan to the volcanoes and passing clouds. This dream came true after becoming certified to teach by Justin Stone in 2001.
In San Antonio, Texas, I have taught T’ai Chi Chih at a senior center, a homeless habitat, church locations, and public parks, worked with family groups, designed special classes, and given private lessons.
My advanced degrees are Masters in Higher Education and Studio Art. They have taught me to see the world differently and to appreciate the richness that T’ai Chi Chih adds to life. It is a pleasure and honor to connect with people, flowing together in moving meditation.
