Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii. Welcome to the greatest adventure of your life. T’ai Chi Chih® is a gift that never stops giving. I have been practicing T’ai Chi Chih every day for more than 25 years. Every day T’ai Chi Chih is helping me stay healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I have been fascinated and studied the mind/body connection for over 30 years. My credentials include a B.A. in Physical Education with a Standard Teaching Credential issued for life. My other credentials include Master Ro-Hun Therapist, Past Life Therapist, Healing Touch to Level 4 and Usui System of Natural Healing.

I became accredited to teach T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku in 1995. T’ai Chi Chih is what I do to stay healthy. What can T’ai Chi Chih do for you? Physical Health, Relieve Tension, Stimulate Creativity.

I would love to share this gift with you. Before Covid-19, I was teaching at the Kaneohe Senior Center and privately. My personal interests include meditation, spirituality, hiking and healing of all types.
