Jessica Lewis is part of a select crew of national instructors subcontracting for the VA Community Care Network’s program “Tai Chi for Veterans” through which she offers weekly T’ai Chi Chih classes.

LEVEL: These drop-in-style classes are perfect for anyone, regardless of skill level. (And civilians are 100% welcome too!)
