    Linda reluctantly went to her first T’ai Chi Chih class in 2008 because her chiropractor highly recommended it and was extremely skeptical that this slow moving practice could do anything positive.    To her surprise she immediately felt deep relaxation after the first class.    Other positive  physical and mental changes were noted after a short amount of practice.    Read more...
