I am currently teaching at Grace Lutheran Church, 65 E. Main Street, Mendham, NJ.
• Wednesday, April 7, 14, 21, 28 and May 5, 12, 19, 26
• Beginner class: 9 to 10 a.m.
• Continuing group practice: 10:15am

Because of ongoing Coronavirus restrictions class size is limited to 10 people. Please contact me for information about fees and registration.

My other beginner class is held in Chester, New Jersey, and managed by the Chester Boro. Recreation Dept, who handles registrations. Attendance is limited to residents of Chester Boro and Township.

I’d like to think that T’ai Chi Chih found me rather than that I found the practice, much like the Sufi saying:

“When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.”

So I teach from a standpoint of gratitude and I hope that is reflected in my approach as gentle, playful (but serious), and mutually respectful for the movements and the students who are themselves drawn to T’ai Chi Chih.

I welcome believers and skeptics whose hearts and minds are open to new ways to being soft and trusting enough to let go.
