Anna has been practicing T’ai Chi Chih for over 19 years! In 2005, Anna became an accredited teacher of T’ai Chi Chih since the form helped her heal from the grief and the loss of a well-loved Grandma.

Anna loves working with energy and energy movement through T’ai Chi Chih. She is also a Reiki Master. She greatly appreciates the opportunity to share T’ai Chi Chih with others, to meet new people and to build community.

Anna currently teaches T’ai Chi Chih through Stewartville community education and at Anytime Fitness in Stewartville. Currently offering a continuing T’ai Chi Chih class through Stewartville Anytime Fitness at 5 PM on Monday nights via Zoom. Contact Anna for Zoom access code and additional class dates and times.

Additional background: Anna is a graduate from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis/St. Paul with a doctor of pharmacy degree. She has worked for more than 22 years as a neurology and psychiatric hospital pharmacist for the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is also a board certified psychiatric pharmacist.

Zoom Classes

No preregistration is needed. Classes are free to Anytime Fitness members. Non-members are encouraged to try one free class each month. Each additional class is then $10 (mailed to Anytime Fitness located in Stewartville, Minnesota).
