Greetings, I have been a T’ai Chi Chih teacher in the Elk Rapids area for the last 25 years. I enjoy meeting and seeing new and familiar faces with each class. T’ai Chi Chih is an evolving process that unfolds in miraculous ways. This practice continues to flow in a way that I never tire of.

I have taught in a variety of locations in our area, both inside and out. I usually teach a Spring and Fall class but with the current world health situation, I do not have any classes listed at this time. I will update the listing as changes occur. I thank you for the continued support through the years and look forward to what the future unveils.

I continue to expand my service capabilities to include energy work, reflexology, and ionic foot bath detox.
