Since 2003 I have taught introductory, ongoing and advancing student populations in three New Jersey counties. These classes, and individual instruction sessions, have taken place in various venues, such as hospital outreach programs, religious communities, senior citizen centers, gyms, nursing homes, adult school programs, etc.

Among these student populations, I have had the good fortune to instruct folks with various physical, emotional and mental challenges, such as many with Parkinsons, MS, Down’s Syndrome, the sightless, those with balance issues, others recovering from addictions and many with serious health problems, the elderly, and some very young students, as well.

I have also led T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku (the advanced form of T’ai Chi Chih Practice) workshops and retreats (including this one in Northern Colorado), for students and fellow teachers, and have coached a number of students in preparation for T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku teacher training. Unfortunately my colleague Dr. David Parrish and I had to cancel this August event in Pennsylvania because of Covid-19. But stay tuned.

Over these years, I have been privileged to teach many hundreds of students, and am ever grateful for all I have learned from everyone of them.
