Cindy began her practice of T’ai Chi Chih in February, 2003 and received her teacher’s accreditation in April, 2005. Her distinguished mentors include Sandy McAlister, Pam Towne and Carmen Brocklehurst. She  has attended many T’ai Chi Chih workshops and retreats.
She has taught teachers, children and young adults. She currently teaches standing and seated T’ai Chi Chih to adults, seniors, and the visually impaired.
Cindy will guide you to a deeper understanding of these very unique movements  originated by Justin Stone in 1974. Although the movements are quite new,  they are based on the Yin/Yang principles that were developed over 4,000 years ago.
Her class is open to all and there is no charge for the class, asking only for what you wish to donate to the nonprofit organization PSC Partners Seeking a Cure. PSC supports patients, families and caregivers, and raises funds to research causes, treatments and cures for primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC).
