My T’ai Chi Chih journey began in June of 2017 when I signed up for a beginning class at the Minnetonka Community Center. To my delight, the practice seemed very manageable to learn. As I continued the classes, the benefits of this mindfulness-based movement meditation practice became clear. My T’ai Chi Chih practice supports my life by providing a daily time of centering, balancing, and calm. I wanted to share these benefits with others so became accredited to teach Tai Chi Chih in August 2021.
