T’ai Chi Chih has been a fundamental part of my life since the year 2003. It brings me peace and serenity; and as a teacher I enjoy sharing that peace and serenity with others. I offer a total of six T’ai Chi Chih practices a week. The details are as follows:

• Thursdays and Sundays 10am-11am: Albert Winn Park, Between 27th and 28th St. and Q St. Sacramento, CA. Free and open to the public.
