My first experience with T’ai Chi Chih in 2004 clearly was a lesson about how a worrisome nature can manifest itself in the body. It has been an extremely helpful tool ever since. Everyone will uncover unique benefits through their own practice. As Justin Stone says, “You cannot appease your hunger by reading the menu.” You will have to eat to do that! You will have to practice to experience the rewards.

I have had nearly 50 years of teaching within the Adult Education field in California and a short stay in Washington State. Subjects included Folk Guitar, Basketry and finally T’ai Chi Chih.

I have been practicing T’ai Chi Chih since 2004 and teaching since accreditation in 2008. I have taught through Community Colleges, Corporate (Boeing), YMCA, private homes, retreats and numerous Senior Centers.

Teaching through Zoom in 2020 has been a new experience. It is amazingly effective, and I hope you look me up and join my classes!
