  • Thanks for visiting. I am a retired Critical Care RN, Laughter Yoga Leader and T’ai Chi Chih teacher.

    I was introduced to T’ai Chi Chih by a Laughter Yoga teacher friend and became an accredited TCC teacher 2014.

    TCC evoked powerful peaceful feelings in me, promoted balance, energy and I found myself practicing frequently during a difficult time in my life in 2013.

    Currently, I practice TCC at home and plan to expand my practice and participation in the future.
