I have been teaching T’ai Chi Chih since 2009. I found so many benefits when I learned T’ai Chi Chih that I wanted to pass that on to others.

I’ve taught in various locations and most recently in Rochester, Minnesota, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church,  Assisi Heights and  Rochester Community Education.

I usually have Beginning and Continuing classes in the Fall, Winter and Spring. 

I also hold free outdoor practices in the Summer.
