Prior to retirement from nursing, I wanted to make sure I had something planned. My body was also telling me that the martial arts were taking their toll.

I found T’ai Chi Chih (or it found me). My body said “yes!” to its  gentle and flowing movements.

T’ai Chi Chih is a powerful and profound practice which I’d like to share with as many people as I can.

• 1st degree black belt in Aikibojitsu

• 30 years experience in Nursing, primarily ER and Public Health
