I learned T’ai Chi Chih in a one-day workshop in 1989! We learned all the movements in an 8-hour class and I have no idea how I ever remember all that. My teacher training class was in Albuequerque in 1991 and I had the great pleasure of meeting Justin Stone there.

I teach TCC in both northern Minnesota (Duluth/Superior area) at the tip of Lake Superior, and in the winter I teach in Tucson, Arizona in Tohono Chul Botanical Gardens. I am blessed to live in two extraordinarily beautiful places.

I absolutely love teaching TCC and hearing the amazing experiences of my students. I hope someday to offer a week-long retreat in Hawaii where my daughter lives or in Costa Rica. I have taught all ages from 5-year olds to seniors in assisted living. I am open to new experiences and new locations!
