Hi! Thanks for visiting. I have been teaching T’ai Chi Chih and Yoga for as long as I have been learning…since 1989. Hannah Hedrick was my first teacher for both of these spiritual disciplines and Steve Ridley accredited me in T’ai Chi Chih in 1992. I love how TCC compliments my yoga practice and gives me that wakeful silence that slow mindful somatic practices offer.

I have enjoyed teaching around the country, internationally and here in California where I also became certified in Seijaku by Pam Towne. I am also a Senior Yoga Educator and a certified Yoga Therapist in the Viniyoga Tradition and have enjoyed the lively interaction of all disciplines in my online and in-person classes.
