  • I have been an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher since 2008, and teach seated TCC as well as having taught TCC in the pool.

    I have three published books on QiGong available on Amazon: two books are for wrists and hands and one is for legs and feet.

     

    Zoom Classes

    I currently teach two Zoom classes each week.

    The Monday Zoom class at 9 am is offered through the Danville Senior Center.

    The Thursday Zoom class at 10 am is FREE to all students.
