Hello! My name is Rachel and I am delighted to meet you. I am an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher, a Board Certified Music Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher,  Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and am currently in Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training. My personal interests include meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, dancing, rock climbing, horse back riding, swimming, SUP, and spending time with my family and friends.

I was introduced to T’ai Chi Chih at a very young age by my aunt Terry Jennings and fell in love. T’ai Chi Chih has changed my life in countless ways. It has helped with my overall health, sleep, anxiety, well being, and connections with my inner self, Chi, and with others in the community and energy in the universe. I find T’ai Chi Chih helps me to ground and connect with the present moment. For all these reasons, it is my desire to share this life changing practice with others and it would be my treat to be your teacher.
