I was accredited in 2021 after learning and practicing T’ai Chi Chih since 2017 with more than a dozen phenomenal teachers in the T’ai Chi Chih community across the US and UK.

Please join me in-person in an ongoing T’ai Chi Chih class at the Tustin Senior Center on Tuesdays at 10:30am; Senior Center class fee $1.00.  Additional in-person Beyond Beginner class for serious students with at least one year of practice at the Tustin Senior Center on Mondays at 2:00pm; no class fee.

Enjoy aging gracefully with T’ai Chi Chi, a moving meditation, for greater serenity and joy, improved well-being, and increased confidence in whatever activities you pursue.
