Suzanne Roady-Ross was accredited as a T’ai Chi Chih instructor in 2007, and has taught it privately and for the cities of Seal Beach and Los Alamitos since then.

Her students have ranged from age 7 (a granddaughter) to 98 (her mother), and she teaches both standing and seated forms of this moving meditation.

Years ago, Suzanne attended a care-givers’ conference where she first met T’ai Chi Chih as a way to handle stress. She immediately realized that it was the “new curriculum” she was meant to teach.

As a retiring educator she was looking for something that would help others and not involve grading essays. Her instincts were right; she loves to share this practice with others.  It has enriched her life and taught her to slow down.
