I practice T’ai Chi Chih each day, often early in the morning, often competing with my cappuccino. I practice and encourage students to practice regularly.

My mission when I was younger was to improve people’s lives through art. Now, one passion is to share the art of T’ai Chi Chih and keep refining my own practice.
