My first experience with T’ai Chi Chih was at a continuing education class in St. Paul, Minnesota. I loved the practice right from the start. It was the community of  TCC teachers in St. Paul and the surrounding area though that enhanced my understanding of the practice while preparing me for my teaching accreditation.
Montgomery is a small town in northern Vermont. My first T’ai Chi Chih class here was offered almost 20 years ago, shortly after my accreditation in 2001. Students have come and gone and come again. We usually practice during the fall and winter months in the Montgomery Center for the Arts building in Montgomery Center.
We occasionally practice outside in the spring and summer…
